Mission Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations for products, packaging, deliveries, and pallets across inbound and outbound route processes, internal and external freight handling, as well as receiving and reconciling production reports, and participating in physical inventory counts—fully complying with Total Product Management (TPM) policies and specifications, while effectively coordinating assigned personnel. Responsibilities Responsibility1**Execute, Record, and/or Control** The counting of products, packaging, deliveries, and pallets during route dispatches and returns, and freight handler operations, to ensure accurate and timely recording, and to control inventory discrepancy risks. Responsibility2**Verify and/or Ensure** Receiving and reconciliation with Production to guarantee that the notified quantity of product and packaging matches system-recorded quantities and complies with established acceptance policies. Responsibility3**Participate, Assist, and/or Ensure** Active involvement in daily and monthly physical inventory counts to control inventory discrepancy risks and ensure operational data usefulness (e.g., product availability, route supply, operational floor status) to support daily decision-making. Responsibility4**Manage, Coordinate, and/or Administer** Assigned personnel to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures by applying established policies and procedures. Responsibility5**Implement, Control, and/or Ensure** Correct application of product rotation guidelines (TPM) to comply with the “First Expired, First Out” policy. Responsibility6**Identify, Execute, and/or Ensure** Proper arrangement of the Product and Packaging Warehouse according to the official layout plan, enabling rapid and efficient identification of material locations to facilitate daily inbound and outbound product/packaging operations. Responsibility7**Foster, Participate, and/or Promote** Teamwork, communication, and a positive work environment to ensure achievement of departmental goals and performance indicators.
