




Job Summary: This role ensures the execution of agreements, advancement of projects, and orderly, clear, and metric-driven operation of the company—turning conversations into measurable outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Transforms agreements into actions with assigned owners, deadlines, and priorities. 2. Coordinates multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and proper prioritization. 3. Develops and standardizes KPIs, documents processes, and improves SOPs. **Purpose of the Role** To ensure that **everything agreed upon is executed**, that **projects advance on time and as planned**, and that the company operates with **order, clarity, and metrics**, avoiding delays, forgotten tasks, and lack of follow-up. This role is responsible for **converting conversations into actions**, **actions into deadlines**, and **deadlines into measurable results**. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Tracking and Execution** * Take detailed notes during meetings and discussions. * Convert agreements into clear tasks specifying: * Owner * Deadline * Priority * Conduct consistent follow-up until closure. * Identify delays and blockers, escalating them promptly. **2\. Project Management** * Coordinate multiple concurrent projects (e.g., launches, marketing, operations, systems). * Ensure adherence to timelines, dependencies, and priorities. * Keep project dashboards consistently up to date. **3\. KPIs and Control** * Populate and maintain **KPI dashboards** by department and by project. * Track key metrics related to progress and compliance. * Support **development, improvement, and standardization of KPIs** in collaboration with department leads. * Detect deviations and raise timely alerts. **4\. Systems and Processes** * Work closely with each department to: * Document current processes. * Create and improve clear, actionable SOPs. * Ensure processes are used and kept up to date. * Help standardize the company’s way of working. **5\. Communication and Coordination** * Centralize key project information. * Prepare clear post-meeting minutes. * Align expectations between internal departments and external stakeholders. * Prevent tasks and agreements from remaining unresolved. **Ideal Profile** * Extremely organized. * Highly detail-oriented and diligent in follow-up. * Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. * Comfortable using management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Excel/Sheets). * Structured, metrics-driven thinking. * Clear, direct, and professional communication. **What This Role Is NOT** * Does not perform operational tasks (e.g., design, ads, sales, etc.). * Does not define business strategy. * Does not make final decisions without alignment. * Is not a reactive or ad-hoc role. **Success Metrics for the Role** * Projects delivered on time and as planned. * Reduction in open pending items. * Department-level deadline adherence. * Clear, up-to-date, and actionable KPIs. * Documented and actively used processes. * Increased order, clarity, and execution pace across the company. **What We’re Looking For** Someone who **never drops the ball**, who speaks up when necessary, who sets dates, who follows through—and who enjoys seeing things **actually get done**.
