Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager with experience in bromatological analysis, laboratory instrument operation, and quality, sanitation and hygiene management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in bromatological analysis and laboratory management. 2. Knowledge of quality management systems, sanitation and hygiene (GMP) and HACCP. **Quality Manager** **Age:** Preferably 22 to 40 years old. **Marital status:** No preference. **Gender:** No preference. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, Biotechnology Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** 2 years in a similar role. **Basic knowledge:** Bromatological analysis, laboratory instrument operation, knowledge of quality management systems, sanitation and hygiene (GMP), HACCP. **Technical skills:** Intermediate-level Office software proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet. **Minimum required training for the position:** · Quality Management System. · Quality Policy. · Institutional mission, vision and competencies. · Internal Work Regulations. · Administrative procedures. · Basic industrial safety rules. · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP.
