At PRINSA, we are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who combines strong communication skills with attention to detail, enthusiasm for learning technical topics, and the ability to coordinate processes in an orderly and precise manner.
We do not seek traditional salespeople. Our approach is to understand customer needs, analyze information, and recommend the correct solution in a consultative and professional manner.
We serve customers across Mexico specializing in swimming pool equipment, providing technical advisory services, follow-up, and personalized support.
**This position typically suits candidates with experience in:**

We seek individuals accustomed to working with information, data, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
**Key Requirements (selection tests will be administered):**
* Excellent spelling and writing skills (mandatory written test).
* Basic knowledge of calculations (areas, volumes, and basic mathematical operations).
* Ability to work effectively with technical information and commit to continuous learning.
* Organization, follow-up, and simultaneous management of multiple activities.
* Clear communication and professional customer service.
* Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation.
* Basic or intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
* Ability to coordinate activities and ensure timely follow-up on pending items.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Prepare equipment quotations for swimming pools based on customer requirements.
* Customer and supplier support via WhatsApp, email, and telephone calls.
* Order tracking and logistics coordination for deliveries.
* Commercial follow-up and customer relationship development.
* Organization and administration of internal sales and customer service processes.
* Learn product technical specifications and provide consultative advisory services.
**Mandatory and paid training**
Duration: 3 to 6 months.
You will learn:
* Swimming pool equipment.
* Preparation of technical quotations.
* Internal processes.
* Consultative customer service.
* Internal work tools.
Training is delivered through real-time remote sessions with specialized technicians and the Sales Manager.
Important: Training must be completed from PRINSA offices to ensure guidance and focus.
**Salary and Benefits**
Monthly net salary:
* $14,000 during training (3 to 6 months depending on progress and performance).
* $16,000 upon successful completion of the training program.

**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday
9:00 am to 2:00 pm
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Saturdays: Home office only for follow-up or outstanding tasks not completed during the week.
**Selection Process**
