Job Summary: The Collection Agent is responsible for visiting delinquent debtors to generate payment plans and recover accounts, delivering courteous service while operating a motorcycle. Operating a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations BANCO AZTECA IS SEEKING A COLLECTION AGENT 55 6423 2355 Base weekly salary of $2,500.00 plus an excellent commission scheme Job Objective: As a Relational Portfolio Collection Agent, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have fallen behind on payments and generating plans that enable them to bring their payments current again. Main Responsibilities: * Visit the residences of debtors who have applied for credit but failed to meet their payment obligations, in order to offer them various payment plans. * Recover overdue accounts. * Provide respectful and courteous service to our customers. * Inform customers of all benefits associated with maintaining a current credit account. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective equipment. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted. * \-High school diploma. * Flexible availability. * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle. * Excellent service attitude.
