Professional growth and development within a global organization. At RES, the world leader in renewable energy solutions, we are looking for a Senior Wind Technician to join our Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the proper execution of operational activities at assigned wind farms or facilities, guaranteeing adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and operational performance standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform all special service tasks, assembly, commissioning, and/or major corrective actions at assigned wind farms or facilities, following organizational, client, and applicable regulatory guidelines, protocols, maintenance standards, and safety, quality, and environmental criteria to meet established objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, HSE/Safety, Quality, and Clients. * Provide technical, operational, and strategic support for ongoing and new projects. * Monitor performance metrics and prepare executive-level reports and analyses. * Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Support the integration, implementation, or transition of maintenance management systems. **Mandatory Qualifications** * University degree or technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering, or Technical/Vocational Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operation and maintenance of wind farms. * Strong experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair, incident reporting, schedule adherence, and creation/execution of work orders in GMAO/CMMS. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to work on global renewable energy projects with real-world impact. * A technically challenging, collaborative, and safety-focused environment. * Professional growth and development within a global organization. * Competitive compensation and benefits.
