




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with an excellent appearance and strong communication skills to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide hotel information. We seek personnel with well-groomed appearance, as they are the visible face of the hotel; fluency in at least one foreign language; outstanding communication and customer service skills; basic knowledge in administration and sales; and the ability to invite guests to enjoy all products and services offered by the hotel. General responsibilities: - Provide hotel information. - Deliver excellent customer service — a value-added service for guests: Welcome guests, address inquiries, and attend to their needs. - Reservation and cancellation management: Handle reservations received via telephone, email, or other channels. - Check-in and check-out: Register guest arrivals and departures, issue room keys, and process billing. - Incident resolution: Manage and resolve unexpected situations, complaints, or requests. - Billing and collections: Prepare receipts and collect payments. - Interdepartmental communication: Coordinate with other departments to resolve incidents. - Arrival review: Review daily arrivals and communicate special requests to housekeeping floors. - Cash control: Manage front desk supplies and conduct cash reconciliation. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree Less than 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Communication skills, Collections, Billing, Call handling, Customer service, Resolution, Customer attention, Reservation management Keywords: recepcion, receptionist, recepcionista
