Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch and Sales Manager to lead teams, develop markets, manage the branch, and ensure achievement of sales objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service. A 100% Mexican company with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and selling automotive, industrial, process/plasticizing, antifreeze, grease, and pressurized products. **\*\*\*BRANCH AND SALES MANAGER \*\*\*** Requirements: WORK LOCATION: **COL. MODERNA, CIUDAD IXTEPEC, OAXACA** \*\*\*Must have experience in the lubricants or spare parts retail channel\*\*\* Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering) **Experience:** * 3 years leading sales teams * Familiarity with the state’s geography and coverage zones * Route establishment * Personnel management * Collection of overdue accounts receivable. Responsibilities: * Identification of potential customers. * Review and follow-up on collection of sales made. * Coordination and scheduling of orders jointly with various departments. * Market opening and prospecting. * Establishment of innovation processes driving continuous improvement. * Achievement of established sales targets. * Sales Development * Customer Service. * Supervisory experience with sales teams * Sales experience, preferably in lubricants * Experience in Cambaceo * Demonstrated and successful experience managing remote work teams. * General branch administration. * Personnel management. * Prior experience developing and implementing processes to drive results. * Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and influence skills. * Willingness to travel. * Coordination of sales representatives’ routes * Establishment of sales quotas WE OFFER: **Base Salary \+ Food Vouchers \+ Sales Bonus \+ Company Vehicle \+ Mobile Phone; etc.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Application Questions: * How long ago did you leave your last job? * What are your salary expectations? * How far do you live from COL.
