Opportunities for career growth and job stability **PROMOTER SUPERVISOR** **JOB MISSION** Achieve the highest possible volume and quality of video, voice, and data sales by supervising and coordinating the assigned sales team, setting goals, and meeting the monthly budget. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Report daily sales generated by the team to the Revenue Department * Ensure prospect follow-up and closing * Report daily sales generated by the team to the Revenue Department via telephone calls, so they can be recorded in the System * Process daily sales reported via telephone to the Revenue Department * Recruit, develop, and retain a fully functional team, motivating, supporting, and guiding them toward successful sales closures * Transport promoters to their work zone and remain present during their working hours, monitoring the area to ensure their safety and provide support * Ensure prospect follow-up and closing by revisiting prospects and clarifying any questions to secure sales closure * Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop a work plan for subordinates, defining sales objectives, neighborhoods to visit, and achieving the monthly sales quota * Conduct recurring folio audits on promoters **REQUIREMENTS:** \*Completed high school education \*Personnel management experience \*Field sales experience \*Class B driver's license \*Ability to operate a standard vehicle **WE OFFER:** * Gross salary: $14,000\.00 * Productivity bonus * Free uniforms * Continuous training * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Free cable television * Internet service discount * Life insurance upon hiring * Social security upon hiring * Savings fund * Salary increases * Career advancement opportunities * Job stability We seek individuals eager to grow with us.
