Review and follow-up on collection of completed sales. Coordination and scheduling of orders jointly with various departments. Market opening and prospecting. Establishment of innovation processes to drive continuous improvement. Achievement of established sales targets. Sales development Customer service. Experience supervising sales teams Sales experience, preferably in lubricants Experience in Cambaceo Proven and successful experience managing remote work teams. General branch administration. Personnel management. Prior experience developing and implementing processes to boost results. Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and influence skills. Willingness to travel.
