Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate operational activities in the field, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety regulations; manage resources and personnel; and maintain work quality. Ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance **Position Objective:** Directly supervise and coordinate operational activities of assigned field crews and machinery on-site, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, construction schedule, and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Field Operational Supervision * Coordinate and direct assigned field crews at the worksite. * Verify that activities are executed per regulations, drawings, and procedures. * Monitor physical progress in real time and adjust activities as required by site needs. * Resource Control * Supervise proper use of machinery, tools, and materials. * Support equipment distribution and scheduling. * Report requirements for materials, small equipment, and spare parts. * Progress Tracking and Documentation * Record daily construction progress (segments, volumes, tasks completed). * Report progress, delays, and identified issues to the resident engineer or supervisor. * Prepare daily activity, personnel, and machinery reports. * Personnel Coordination * Organize crews and assign tasks according to the construction schedule. * Verify attendance, working hours, and personnel performance. * Identify training needs or operational corrections. * Safety and Regulatory Compliance * Ensure mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify on-site hazards and implement preventive measures. * Halt unsafe activities and report incidents or accidents. * Work Quality * Verify that work complies with specified tolerances, levels, alignments, and quality requirements. * Request rework upon detection of defects or deviations. * Supervise proper order and cleanliness of the worksite**.** We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
