Position Summary: Nurse for comprehensive patient care in hemodialysis units, ensuring service quality and efficient management of supplies and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We have over 23,000 professionals and employees committed to contributing to the preservation of the most valuable asset for everyone: our lives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general admissions in hemodialysis units and manage documents constituting patients' medical records, as well as file documentation from hemodialysis sessions. * Maintain optimal inventory reliability to ensure efficient coverage of patient care demand, and restock materials and medications in hemodialysis rooms while maintaining order and cleanliness in the location's warehouse. * Ensure facilities, supplies, and equipment are prepared and in optimal condition to deliver efficient and appropriate hemodialysis services. * Ensure filter collection and washing are performed under optimal conditions; store and deliver filters to the hemodialysis room according to schedule for use during patient care. * Provide medical care during patient treatment at Sanefro, ensuring service quality and safety. **Education:** * Technical or bachelor's degree in nursing (official degree and federal license required) **Mandatory Experience:** * Hospital internship (6 months) * Care of hospitalized patients (6 months) **Knowledge Requirements:** * Critical patient care * Emergency management * Dispensing and administration of medications **Availability:** * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
