Logistics company seeks a CUSTOMS BILLING SPECIALIST with one year of experience. Mandatory knowledge. \-Electronic invoicing CFDI 4.0 \-SAT stamping processes \-XML and PDF handling \-Invoice cancellations and reissuance \-Customs expenses \-Handling of customs entry forms (pedimentos) \-Interpretation of commercial invoices \-Calculation of VAT and import taxes Tax knowledge \-SAT portal \-Electronic invoicing \-Foreign trade addenda \-CFDI cancellation \-Tax review of invoices \-Reconciliation of billing vs. services rendered Main responsibilities \-Prepare and issue electronic invoices for customs brokerage services. \-Validate clients' tax information to ensure correct CFDI issuance. \-Review customs entry forms (pedimentos), expense statements, and supporting documentation. \-Integrate operational charges into billing. \-Control and track cancellations and reissuance. \-Record and manage billing in the administrative system. \-Support accounting reconciliations and accounts receivable. \-Comply with SAT tax guidelines for electronic invoicing. \-In-person work in Las Brisas. \-Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Benefits: \-Food vouchers \-Savings fund Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application question(s): * What is your expected net monthly salary?
