Job Summary: We are seeking talent for a key position focused on documentary management of shipments, including preparation, data entry, digitization, and tracking of customs procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Manages essential documentation for logistics operations 2. Prepares and enters pedimentos (customs entry forms) and COVEs 3. We are currently expanding and seeking new talent! Key Responsibilities: Receive file folders containing shipment documentation. Organize, break down, and verify documentary information. Prepare and enter: * Pedimento * COVE * Letter 3.1.8 * Serial number letter (when applicable) * Part II (when applicable) Digitize documentation required for operations. Submit shipments to customs appraisal according to established procedures. Perform mandatory pre-appraisal of one's own shipments before submission to customs appraisal. Handle corrections arising from customs appraisal and secondary appraisal, when applicable.
