Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst focused on empty container control to manage containers, ensure documentation compliance, and maintain system updates. Key Highlights: 1. Fundamental role in container control and tracking 2. End-to-end management of logistics documentation (EIR) 3. Coordination with carriers and customs agents **We are looking for a Logistics Analyst (focused on EMPTY CONTAINER CONTROL).** **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Customs, Logistics, or a related field. **Required Experience:** At least 6 months in similar positions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify containers that were unloaded the previous day. * Verify EIR availability on platforms—both pre-issued and same-day. * Track containers pending closure. * Monitor delays in EIR delivery. * Send emails to confirm container unloading. * Manage transportation assignment requests. * Monitor delays in documentation delivery. * Request delivery confirmation from carriers and/or customers. * Maintain an updated directory of carriers and legal entities. * Confirm with the customs agent that the carrier has physically delivered the EIR. * Validate that EIRs uploaded into the system are correct. * Download EIRs from yard platforms. * Request reprints of EIRs (full or empty) as needed. * Control and record received EIRs (in physical, digital, or carrier-delivered format). * Continuously update the system according to each container’s status. * Record incidents or errors in EIR delivery. * Notify and log credit balances. **We Offer:** * Benefits in accordance with Mexican labor law. * Monthly gross salary of MXN 11,000 (eleven thousand pesos). * **Starting from the third month**: Grocery vouchers and life insurance. **Work Schedule:** **Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM** **Work Location:** **Manzanillo–Minatitlán Highway, Tapeixtles** Salary: $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Empty Container Analyst: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
