DESCRIPTION Grupo Calidra is seeking an Aggregates Operator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of washing and drying processes in the non-calcined materials area, guaranteeing process quality and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate aggregates washing and drying machinery and equipment. * Monitor and adjust process parameters to optimize production and product quality. * Conduct pre-startup equipment checks to ensure all process parameters are within specifications. * Collect rock samples according to established procedures for quality analysis. * Ensure correct use and proper care of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. * Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. * Identify and report any anomalies or equipment failures to the shift supervisor. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective tasks. * Comply with the company’s industrial safety and environmental regulations. * Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. **We Offer:** * Direct hiring by Grupo Calidra. * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional development opportunities and growth within the company. * Excellent working environment. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in aggregates, mining, or related processes. * Knowledge of and ability to apply safety standards and PPE usage. * Ability to verify process parameters prior to startup. * Skill in collecting rock samples and following technical instructions. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
