Position Summary: We are seeking an operational supervisor to coordinate and supervise the daily operation of a public transportation route, ensuring efficient and safe service. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of operational reports and performance indicators **ROUTE C111\-2** We seek a candidate capable of coordinating and supervising the daily operation of a public transportation route, ensuring adherence to schedules, service coverage, operator support, and proper execution of both operational and administrative tasks to guarantee efficient and safe service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily operation of assigned routes. * Coordinate vehicle arrivals, departures, and coverage. * Supervise operational staff (drivers). * Address operational incidents and resolve on-route situations. * Verify compliance with internal regulations and safety standards. * Maintain constant communication with drivers and administrative departments (liaison between drivers and HR). * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators. * Coordinate replacements or adjustments due to absences, delays, or incidents. * Monitor operational performance and productivity. * Follow up and coordinate with the mechanical maintenance manager regarding vehicle reporting. * Follow up and coordinate with the vehicle technology manager regarding cash box reporting. **Requirements:** * Experience in operational supervision or public transportation. * Experience managing operational staff. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts. * Knowledge of logistics and route control. * Basic computer and reporting skills. * Minimum education: Completed technical high school diploma. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $18,000 MXN (net). * Bi-weekly payment. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, etc. Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
