**Job Objective:**
To teach swimming classes to individuals of different ages and skill levels, promoting physical development, water safety, and progressive learning through appropriate techniques, respectful interaction, and consistent motivation.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Teach swimming classes to infants, children, teenagers, and adults according to assigned skill levels.
* Apply the teaching methodology established by the institution.
* Evaluate and monitor students' progress.
* Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating environment both in and out of the water.
* Identify each student's individual needs and adapt exercises when necessary.
* Monitor proper use of aquatic facilities and compliance with regulations.
* Support special events such as evaluations, demonstrations, or trial classes.
* Report incidents, progress, or needs to the coordinator.
* Maintain punctuality, professional attitude, and appropriate appearance.
