Job Summary:
We are seeking an Engineer with experience in controlling and ensuring metalworking processes, standardization, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing.

**What We Are Looking For:**
* Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineer
* Lean Manufacturing certification
* Minimum 2 years of experience in metalworking process control and standardization \- Mandatory
* Immediate availability
* Easy commute to San Agustín neighborhood in Tlajomulco
**What Demonstrable Knowledge Must You Have?**
* Blueprint interpretation
* ISO 9001
* Dimensional tolerances
* Interpretation of standards such as: ASTM A500 and ASTM A513
* Lean Manufacturing
* Core Tools (AMEFP, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP)
* Intermediate Office skills
**What Are the Main Responsibilities?**
* Process control and assurance
* Process standardization
* Implement and monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control)
* Evaluate process capability (Cp, Cpk)
* Develop process sheets
* Monitor and control PPMs
* Quality assurance
* Ensure product complies with technical specifications and customer requirements
* Support quality inspectors during product release when required
* Address and follow up on complaints by defining methodologies for detection and resolution (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
* Production process validation
* Validate raw material specifications against process requirements
* Ensure product traceability
* Identify process risks and deviations
* Process audits
* Conduct process and product audits
* Detect deviations and ensure closure of findings
* Continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing
* Lead initiatives focused on Lean Manufacturing
* Implement and manage continuous improvement projects
**What Do We Offer?**
* Monthly gross salary of $23,000 to $26,000
