We are looking for your talent as: **Automation Development Engineer** **What we offer** * 100% payroll\-based hiring * Competitive salary negotiable based on experience * 30 days of year\-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Food vouchers * Life insurance * Major medical expenses insurance * Training and professional development **Technical Scope \& Responsibilities** * **Full\-Cycle Development:** Engineering of bespoke automation cells from concept to final commissioning (FAT/SAT). * **Motion Control \& Robotics:** Advanced trajectory programming and kinematic configuration for **Stäubli, Epson, and ABB** manipulators. * **Control Logic:** Development of structured control code within **Siemens (TIA Portal)** and **Beckhoff (TwinCAT)** environments. * **Hardware Integration:** Selection and interfacing of fieldbus components, I/O modules, and peripheral devices. * **Process Applications:** Implementation and optimization of vision\-guided robotics (**Cognex/Keyence**), DC\-tooling (tightening), dispensing systems, and laser marking integration. * **Documentation:** Technical specification of **BOMs** and system architecture validation.
