Proficiency in ERP or HR software We are looking for an **HR Coordinator** \- Immediate availability **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Administration. * Immediate availability **and not currently employed** * 3\-5 years of verifiable experience in the role within **metal-mechanical or manufacturing companies (mandatory)**. * Intermediate Office skills (Macros) **Verifiable Knowledge** * Payroll, occupational safety and hygiene, recruitment, KPIs, employee support and talent management * Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, applicable NOMs, occupational safety and hygiene * Human talent coordination * Management and coordination of direct reports * Proficiency in ERP or HR software * Incident tracking and control * Talent attraction strategies * KPI generation * Management and/or coordination of employee services (custodial services, transportation, cafeteria) **We Offer** **Monthly salary of $25,000 to $30,000**, statutory benefits, food vouchers, cafeteria access, working hours from Monday to Friday (8\-6) and Saturdays (8\-11), employment location in San Agustín neighborhood, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga.
