Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Janitor with experience in office cleaning to maintain facility hygiene and support various office tasks and events. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum two years of mandatory experience in office cleaning 2. Basic knowledge of the 5S methodology 3. El Campanario **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school; completed or incomplete high school * Mandatory experience in office cleaning for at least two years * Knowledge of personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, face masks) usage for performing duties * Excellent attitude * Proactive, service-oriented, with good interpersonal skills * Basic knowledge of the 5S methodology **Job Responsibilities:** · Clean the restrooms in the Company's facilities · Sweep garbage from the garage, parking lot, and front and rear areas of the Company · Clean each office within the Company's facilities · Wash doors, windows, handrails, and glass surfaces in offices · Fill black bags with waste from containers for subsequent collection by garbage trucks · Place monthly orders for cleaning supplies with the Purchasing Department · Assist at reception by answering some phone calls and opening the door for staff (occasional reception coverage) * Assist in serving breakfasts and occasionally prepare coffee for staff * Support events through organization, cleaning, and general assistance * Maintain activity records using cleaning logs * Attend monthly meetings with HR to discuss topics or pending matters * Dust designated areas * Manage supplies responsibly * **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,285.84 * Transportation allowance: $250 per month * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Excellent work environment Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through this channel.
