Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Collaborator Type** Operational**Job Objective** Contribute to the fulfillment of production/operational processes by efficiently executing assigned tasks, ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Activities** Operate the equipment(s) within the manufacturing process scope, adhering to applicable procedures. Responsibility 1 Verify that finished product warehouse facilities and processes comply with established specifications. * Perform and document inspections of assigned processes (shipments, receiving, storage, and/or picking). * Identify, report, and monitor results and deviations detected during inspections. * Verify and report when cleaning activities in storage areas are not performed. * Carry out the requested sampling plan according to the inspection level. * Perform and verify that warehouse records comply with Good Documentation Practices. * Verify implementation of Good Storage and Distribution Practices, and report non-compliance related to industrial safety. Responsibility 2 Ensure non-conforming product handling complies with applicable procedures. * Issue the finished product (FP) disposition decision during storage and returns. Responsibility 3 * Record warehouse temperature and humidity in numbered logbooks. * Report any deviations from established storage conditions to the Warehouse Quality Supervisor. * Download data stored in environmental monitoring equipment to the designated folder. * Calculate the MKT value using data stored in environmental monitoring equipment. Responsibility 4 * Support staff training when procedure updates occur or new work instructions are issued. Responsibility 5 * Support review of products in blocked status. * Verify physical existence and condition of blocked products to issue their disposition decision. * Review the reason for blocking, the user who initiated the block, and the warehouse. * Confirm movements with inventory personnel. Experience 1 year in similar positions. Inspection of raw materials and finished products: 6 months. Knowledge Basic concepts of operational procedures and tools/equipment.
