Development of interdepartmental strategies At Human Business Services, we are looking for our next Process Engineer (Beefeater) to join our team in Poza Rica. If you have relevant experience and possess leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and excellent planning ability, this is an outstanding opportunity for you! **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Administration or Industrial Engineering (preferred) * 3 years of experience in similar positions (automotive industry preferred) * Proficiency in digital tools, knowledge of processes, quality tools, project management, process reengineering, and continuous improvement. * Occasional availability for travel **Main Responsibilities:** * Implementation of processes to meet brand, image, and guideline requirements * Management of the organization’s quality systems * Development and innovation of processes considering customer requirements, quality standards, ergonomics, safety, and ecology * Application, coordination, and timely follow-up of processes such as DOS, sales, and after-sales * Development of interdepartmental strategies to achieve sales and after-sales targets for additional products * Scheduling, directing, monitoring, and evaluating processes that promote service quality and continuous improvement provided by the distributor. * Development of strategies based on established and implemented processes and customer requirements to enhance their satisfaction. * Coordination, control, and assurance of training (capacity building) compliance according to the matrix designated for each position. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM * Salary range: $16,000–$19,000 * Statutory benefits from day one Apply through this channel!
