Job Summary: Recruitment and Selection Helen is seeking a Process Engineer to direct, plan, organize, and control quality processes, implementing and managing systems for standardization and continuous improvement. Develop process- and customer-based strategies. **Recruitment and Selection Helen seeks a Process Engineer in Poza Rica de Hidalgo, Veracruz** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Process Engineer to direct, plan, organize, and control quality management-related processes within our company. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement processes to ensure compliance with requirements, guidelines, and brand image. * Manage the organization’s quality system to standardize processes according to manuals and operational standards. * Develop and innovate processes considering customer requirements, quality standards, ergonomics, safety, and ecology. * Apply, coordinate, and monitor processes established by the brand in sales and after-sales areas. * Collaborate with various departments of the distributor to design strategies that drive achievement of commercial and after-sales objectives. * Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate processes that promote service quality and continuous improvement. * Develop process- and customer requirement-based strategies that positively impact customer satisfaction. * Coordinate and ensure compliance with training programs according to the defined training matrix for each position. * Monitor quality indicators and propose improvement actions for internal processes. **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Industrial Engineering (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum **3 years in similar positions**. * Experience in process management, quality tools, continuous improvement, project management, and business process reengineering. * Proficient use of digital tools. **Knowledge** * Organizational administration and development. * Quality management systems and ISO standards. * Safety and hygiene regulations. * Procedure development and documentation. * Continuous improvement methodologies (5S). * Inventory management. * Quality indicators and process control. * Fundamentals of marketing, public relations, and accounting. * Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. **Languages** * Basic English (ability to understand technical information and conduct simple business conversations). **Other Requirements** * Proficiency in PC and office equipment operation. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Competencies** * Results-oriented * Process analysis and improvement * Planning and organization * Collaborative work * Customer orientation * Effective communication **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Professional development opportunities * Ongoing training **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69af08895100002f002b8d4b\&source\=indeed
