Personnel development and operational control **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate security personnel across assigned services. * Verify compliance with instructions, protocols, and operational guidelines. * Address and promptly follow up on incidents, reports, and risk situations. * Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure service quality. * Prepare operational reports (updates, attendance, incidents, and staff performance). * Ensure proper appearance, discipline, and punctuality of assigned personnel. * Implement corrective and preventive actions according to internal policies. * Support induction, training, and evaluation processes for operational staff. * Supervise appropriate use of uniforms, equipment, and work tools. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: Completed high school (bachelor’s degree incomplete or completed preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions within the private security sector. * Knowledge of private security service operations, handling of instructions, and personnel supervision. * Leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. * Basic proficiency in administrative tools and report preparation. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Results orientation * Effective communication * Operational organization and control * Customer orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 per month Experience: * Private Security: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
