Join us as: JUNIOR OPERATIONAL AUDITOR Position Objective: Primary responsibility for ensuring the quality execution of operational, special, and targeted audits within the Operational Audit area. Responsibilities: * Conduct internal audits at our retail stores to ensure compliance with procedures and policies. * Carry out field evaluations to supervise operations and employee performance. * Manage and supervise inventories, ensuring their accuracy and security. * Collaborate with the internal audit team to improve processes and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree and/or 100% of credits and courses completed). Minimum 6 months of experience in operational auditing in the Banking / Retail sector, or recent graduates seeking to develop their careers in the Audit area. Workdays and schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break; availability to work on Saturdays). Work location: Xalapa, Veracruz Mobility and travel availability required.
