Participation in multifunctional store processes Advise and accompany customers during their visit to the store, offering all possible solutions to meet their needs and desires in order to create a memorable experience, thereby achieving sales and collection goals and objectives. I. Sales Process, Customer Service, and Goal Achievement Customer Advisory and Service: Approach all customers within assigned categories, offering assistance and advice courteously. Accompany customers through active listening and demonstrating empathy to understand their actual needs or desires. Suggested Sales and Services: Offer all solution options across products, services, and financing (both physical and digital), including features, advantages, and benefits to increase purchase intent. Promotion of Department Store Credit Cards Achievement of Goals and Objectives II. Merchandise Operations and Management (Multifunctional Activities) Merchandise Display and Organization: Maintain organized and attractive displays using manuals, floor plans, and display guidelines. Participate in effective merchandise organization and restocking, assuming the role of enabler or sorter. Product Enabling and Relabeling: Participate in effective merchandise restocking assuming the role of enabler. Perform labeling procedures, including label generation, printing, and placement. Inventory Management: Participate in general inventory processes, including organizing merchandise for this purpose. Operational Process Management: Master and apply operational, as well as sales, processes and systems across both physical and digital channels. Shrinkage and Shortage Control: Maintain cleanliness and optimal maintenance conditions within assigned categories. Know and apply the anti-shortage checklist for merchandise control. III. Operational Support Activities Cashier Functions: Understand the general point-of-sale payment process, including handling various payment types, electronic money, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Warranties and Returns: Understand clothing return/exchange processes, as well as defective, mismatched, or incomplete footwear return procedures. Understand warranty services, exchange orders, returns, and follow-up on pending deliveries.
