Job Summary: We are seeking a sales driver for retail sales, product rotation, market expansion, customer follow-up, and route strengthening. Key Highlights: 1. Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off XALAPA VERACRUZ BRANCH REQUIREMENTS Ages 25 to 50 Valid State Type B Driver's License Completed Secondary Education Driving experience and interest in sales; strong communication skills; eagerness to learn; experience operating standard vehicles of at least 1.5 tons RESPONSIBILITIES Retail sales, product rotation, market expansion, customer follow-up, route strengthening Work schedule from Monday to Saturday Sunday off Banorte payroll (important: no outstanding debts) WE OFFER Initial salary for 8 weeks Base salary $1,731.50 + Training bonus $900 (at the end of this period: Base + Attendance bonus + Commissions) Monthly meal vouchers (deposited on the 28th of each month into a Sodexo card). Uncapped sales commissions, paid weekly (average $1,300–$1,800 per week). Retention bonus of $5,000, disbursed in three installments. Savings fund matched by the company, paid once per year.
