Therefore, we invite you to participate in our recruitment process to join us as an **INFONAVIT Housing Advisor.** **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in economics, administration, or engineering fields. **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 2 years of experience in credit or financial advisory/promotion and customer service. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Flexible availability of working hours. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization, activity follow-up, and results orientation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Social awareness and teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization, activity follow-up, and results orientation. * Excellent customer or user service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contact beneficiaries (via calls and messages). * Advise beneficiaries interested in acquiring INFONAVIT housing. * Generate databases of beneficiaries interested in acquiring INFONAVIT housing. * Schedule appointments for housing developments. * Provide information on required documentation to access the Housing Program for Well-being. * Resolve beneficiaries’ questions and concerns regarding the Housing Program for Well-being. **SALARY** * Monthly gross income of $16,000.00 plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your salary: * Transportation allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
