La Estancia Argentina is seeking: Chef Requirements: 5 years of experience working in restaurant chains specializing in regional Mexican cuisine, Steak House, and Grand Tourist hotels. * Completed Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate degree. * Serve Safe certification. * Distintivo H certification. * In-depth knowledge of operational & administrative costs. Ensure daily control and production of fresh menu items and present dishes attractively, guaranteeing that all prepared food meets Grupo Estancia’s excellence standards.
