Job Summary:
Advise customers on account management, collections, and issue resolution while staying updated on products and operating the cash drawer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Expert customer advisory services to ensure the health of their investments and loans.
2. Collections management to maintain healthy and up-to-date accounts.
3. Comprehensive customer service, clarifying questions and handling complaints.
Advise customers on the proper handling of their Grupo Coppel accounts, adhering to the institution's established rules, policies, and procedures, enabling them to maintain healthy investments or loans and thereby extending our customers' lifecycle.
Conduct collections for customers presenting at the counter with active and/or overdue loans to maintain healthy and up-to-date accounts.
Serve all customers arriving at the counter by providing the required service and advisory support, clarifying questions and complaints.
Meet job-specific objectives and targets.
Remain updated and trained on Grupo Coppel's financial products and services, as well as related processes, regulations, and compliance requirements, utilizing internal tools to deliver personalized advisory services tailored to customer needs.
Operate the cash drawer in accordance with current operational criteria and rules, and follow Grupo Coppel's established security guidelines.

Salary: $10,000.00 - $10,240.00 per month
