REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the automotive wiring harness industry. * Advanced fluency in English (spoken and written). **WORK CONDITIONS:** Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory). Location: San Francisco del Rincón. **TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory training standards (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, LFT). Knowledge of legal training requirements (SIRCE, RENEC, PROCADIST, RENAP, CMCAP, audit response). Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Budget and resource planning. Experience in Operational Training processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administration of training processes. * Compliance with training requirements under applicable legal and regulatory standards (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, STPS), etc. * Development of training plans aligned with plant and industry objectives. * Follow-up on DNCs. * Coordination of internal and external instructors. * Maintenance of up-to-date records of courses, certifications, and regulatory compliance. * Audit response and follow-up for process audits.
