TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR JOB OBJECTIVE: The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing employee training programs to ensure continuous updating of technical and operational skills, optimizing performance in automotive harness manufacturing, and complying with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Human Capital Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive harness industry. * Advanced fluency in English, both oral and written. WORK CONDITIONS: * Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory). * Location: Willingness to work at the Irapuato and San Francisco del Rincón plants. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge of applicable and legal training standards (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, LFT). * Knowledge of legal training requirements (SIRCE, RENEC, PROCADIST, RENAP, CMCAP, audit support). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Budget and resource planning. * Experience in Operational Training processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administration of training processes. * Compliance with training requirements under applicable and legal standards (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, STPS), etc. * Development of training plans aligned with plant and industry objectives. * Follow-up on DNCs. * Coordination of internal and external instructors. * Maintenance of up-to-date records of courses, certifications, and regulatory compliance. * Audit support and follow-up for process audits. This position is 100% operational; therefore, a strong interest in processes, quality, and continuous improvement is required.
