Join our team—we are looking for a talented **Test Engineer** **Technical Skills** * English proficiency minimum 50%. * Knowledge of electronics * Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings. * Knowledge of data analysis. * Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. * Mechanical design knowledge. * Machinery safety knowledge. * Capability for technical\-operational analysis on the shop floor and real\-time support. **Job Responsibilities** * Follow up on corrective actions, maintain information flow between shifts, and serve as the liaison point between management and production. * Perform adjustments, repairs, and technical support on test equipment and machinery to ensure proper operation. * Support installation, upgrading, and enhancement of control and automation equipment. * Propose operational improvements through data analysis and visualization to facilitate decision\-making. * Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices.
