**Process Auditor.**
**Position Objective**
Supervise and validate compliance with administrative and operational processes, ensuring proper control of inventories, materials, records, and internal procedures, as well as detection and follow-up of operational incidents or deviations.
**Position Profile**
**Education**
Completed bachelor's degree in:
▪ Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
**Required Knowledge**
Minimum 3 years of experience in:
* Inventory control
* Operational or administrative auditing
* Operational supervision
* Process review
* Warehousing
* Internal control
* Operational follow-up
* Development of process manuals
**Experience**
* Physical and cyclical inventories
* Control of material inflows and outflows
* Document review and recordkeeping
* Identification of discrepancies and incidents
* Administrative process auditing
* Follow-up on logs and controls
* Validation of internal procedures
* Administrative and operational order
**Key Responsibilities**
* Audit internal administrative and operational processes.
* Develop procedural manuals.
* Conduct periodic physical reviews and inventories.
* Verify material, tool, and equipment inflows and outflows.
* Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or operational deviations.
* Validate records, logs, and internal documentation.
* Supervise compliance with established controls and procedures.
* Prepare incident and finding reports.
* Follow up on identified inconsistencies.
* Support implementation of controls and operational improvements.
* Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections across various operational areas.
* Report findings and incidents directly to management.
