Our group is looking for an **Operational Auditor** to join the Internal Audit team in **Los Cabos**. **Your purpose:** Ensure our operational, financial, and service processes function flawlessly through field audits and strategic reviews. **✅ What will you do?** * Conduct audits at restaurants, bars, and consumption centers. * Validate cash handling procedures (openings, closings, and cash counts). * Monitor inventory control, expiration dates, and food safety standards. * Identify deviations and prepare findings reports. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in operational auditing (restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors). * Knowledge of POS systems, ERP systems, and inventory control. * High integrity, professional ethics, and strong analytical ability.
