Their primary objective is to ensure business profitability, maximize revenue (RevPAR), and guarantee a memorable guest experience. * **Financial Management:** Prepares budgets, manages revenue, and supervises operational costs. * **Daily Operations:** Coordinates key departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. * **Business Strategy:** Designs pricing, marketing, and sales plans to increase occupancy and attract new markets. * **Team Leadership:** Recruits, trains, and evaluates executive and operational staff to maintain high service standards. Profile and Competencies Required to Excel in This Role * Degree in Hotel Administration, Tourism, or Business. * Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS). * Demonstrated ability in personnel management, customer service, and decision-making under pressure.
