Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Intern to support departmental activities, request quotations, track purchase orders, and generate reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in the areas of direct and indirect procurement. 2. Quotation management, purchase order tracking, and reporting. 3. Management of supplier information and archiving. AFL is a company dedicated to assembling fiber optic cables, connectors, and telecommunications equipment. We are located at Blvd. Milenium 6001\-A, Milenium Industrial Park, Apodaca. We are looking for talent for the position of Procurement Intern Requirements: * Currently enrolled student, minimum 7th semester, majoring in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, or related fields. * Availability: minimum one year to complete studies. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate/advanced conversational English is mandatory. Responsibilities: * Support direct and indirect procurement activities, including requesting quotations, confirming delivery timelines, and tracking purchase orders. * Prepare comparative tables, reports, balances, inventory reviews, supplier onboarding documentation, and manage physical and electronic archives. * Submit purchase requisitions and prepare Jobs.
