Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Intern to support departmental activities, including quotations, purchase order tracking, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for direct and indirect procurement activities 2. Management of information for supplier onboarding and filing 3. Preparation of comparative tables and reports *AFL is a company specializing in the assembly of fiber optic cables, connectors, and telecommunications equipment. Our facility is located at Blvd. Milenium 6001\-A, Parque Industrial Milenium, Apodaca.* We are looking for talent for the position of **Procurement Intern** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student, minimum 7th semester, pursuing degrees in Administration, International Business, International Relations, or related fields. * Availability: minimum one year to complete studies. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Intermediate/advanced conversational English required. **Responsibilities:** * Support direct and indirect procurement activities, request quotations, confirm delivery timelines, and track purchase orders. * Prepare comparative tables, reports, balances, inventory reviews, manage information for supplier onboarding, and handle physical and electronic filing. * Submit requisitions and prepare Jobs. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am \- 3:00 pm. * Free transportation provided. * Free cafeteria service. * Monthly scholarship of $9,500 MXN. * School\-enterprise agreement program.
