Job Summary: We are seeking a Printing Service Technician/Engineer to provide on-site technical support, performing preventive and corrective maintenance as well as incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support for printing and digitization equipment 2. Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Help Desk, and Service Desk 3.
