




Position Summary: Responsible for managing human capital, ensuring legal compliance, implementing recruitment, training, development, payroll processes, and fostering organizational well-being. Ensures legal and regulatory compliance **General Description** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to human capital management within the company. Ensures compliance with labor, legal, and administrative obligations, as well as implementation of recruitment, training, development, payroll, and labor relations processes that contribute to employee well-being and achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. **Specific Description** **Personnel Administration and Labor Relations** 1\. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other related agencies. * Administer physical and electronic personnel files for all staff, ensuring their timely updates. * Prepare employment contracts, annexes, letters of responsibility, and other labor-related documents. * Address personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves, disabilities, vacations, etc.). * Serve as liaison between employees and the company, responding to inquiries, complaints, or suggestions. **Recruitment and Selection** * Post job vacancies across various channels and coordinate talent attraction efforts. * Conduct interviews, assessments, and employment reference checks. * Select candidates and coordinate hiring processes with requesting departments. * Organize induction and onboarding for new hires. **Training and Organizational Development** * Identify training needs in coordination with company departments. * Develop the annual training plan and monitor its implementation. * Coordinate internal and external courses, as well as STPS authorizations. * Maintain records of completed trainings to meet regulatory requirements. **Payroll and Benefits Administration** * Collect attendance and incident data and prepare weekly/biweekly payroll calculations. * Manage payroll disbursements, severance payments, settlements, and statutory benefits. * Perform calculations for ISR withholdings, IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT deductions, and other tax obligations. * Support calculations for profit-sharing, year-end bonuses, vacations, and vacation premiums. * Coordinate with the accounting/administrative department to ensure timely payment of labor obligations. **Legal and Regulatory Compliance** * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT, SAT, REPSE, and other applicable labor regulations. * Prepare and submit labor-related reports and information requested by management or authorities. * Maintain updated employer registrations, insurance records, contracts, and official documents. **Organizational Culture and Well-being** * Promote integration programs, internal communication initiatives, and employee well-being activities. * Develop initiatives to improve organizational climate and employee motivation. * Foster values of respect, responsibility, and teamwork across the organization.
