Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations and Route Assignment Manager to ensure optimal functionality, operational efficiency, and safety of facilities and personnel. Key Highlights: 1. OPERATIONS AND ROUTE ASSIGNMENT MANAGER Objective: Ensure optimal functionality, operational efficiency, and safety of company facilities and personnel under one's supervision through planning, execution, and oversight of work teams and maintenance plans. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. "Graduated" (mandatory) Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license. Familiarity with operational tools. Teamwork, results-oriented mindset, leadership. Main Responsibilities: Management of operational staff. Coordination and supervision of daily operations for assigned personnel. Assignment of work routes. Negotiation and interaction with suppliers and internal company departments. Inventory management.
