**Job Objective**
Support process analysis, documentation, and improvement, as well as quality management activities, contributing to compliance with standards, operational optimization, and the organization's continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and update **flowcharts** and process maps.
* Collaborate in **identifying opportunities for improvement** in existing processes.
* Support activities related to **quality management systems** (e.g., ISO 9001 or others).
* Participate in developing and reviewing **procedures, work instructions, and forms**.
* Collect and analyze basic data for process performance indicators.
* Provide administrative support to the quality/processes department.
* Document control
* Support in incident reporting
**Required Knowledge**
* Basic knowledge of:
* **Process management**
* **Quality management**
* **Flowcharts and process mapping**
* Basic concepts of:
* Continuous improvement
* Performance indicators (KPIs)
* Process documentation
* Introductory knowledge of standards such as **ISO 9001** is desirable.

**Academic Requirements**
* Currently enrolled student in programs such as:
* Industrial Engineering

* Flowchart tools (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar)
**Work Schedule**
* Part-time / Flexible (based on academic availability)
* **Internship Duration**: 6 months (adjustable per academic requirements)
Salary: $3,000\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per month
