If, like us, you are passionate about fashion and challenges, we have a place for you as a Junior Visual Supervisor. **WORK LOCATION: METEPEC, TOLUCA, AND LERMA** **WE OFFER**: * Gross salary of $15,864. * Transportation allowance of $1,000.00 per month. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, profit-sharing, Sunday premium, holiday pay). * Enhanced benefits (vacation bonus at 55%, Christmas bonus equivalent to 24 days’ salary, savings fund, employee discount). * Employee discount. * Two days off per week. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Drive sales. * Align marketing strategies. * Collaborate synergistically with marketing leaders to implement promotions/signage/marketing initiatives. * Train store teams in visual merchandising. * Achieve objectives and support strategic planning. **REQUIREMENTS**: Passion for fashion. Results-oriented. Proactive, dynamic, and charismatic. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser. Employment stability.
