




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee and administer HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, social security, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages key HR processes to ensure compliance with performance indicators. 2. Administers recruitment and personnel selection. 3. Handles document administration and addresses legal requirements. DEL SOL, EL PASEO SANTA CATARINA Hiring an HR Manager AGE: 25 TO 36 YEARS OLD COMPLETED DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, SOCIAL WORK, ADMINISTRATION, OR RELATED FIELD. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure and manage various HR department processes at the store level to guarantee compliance with organizational performance indicators. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for employees. Conduct and oversee recruitment and selection of personnel to meet authorized staffing levels. Administer social security-related documentation to prevent increases in workplace accident rates at the store. Manage employee termination processes to prevent labor lawsuits. Control, administer, and generate employee documentation (personnel files). Attend official inspections (STPS/IMSS) to address various requirements. Maintain up-to-date folders regarding occupational safety and hygiene, training, and development. Address union-related matters arising as needed to support a positive work environment. Administer the internal work regulations in each unit and monitor the work environment. Execute personnel movements (hires, terminations) in the system and ensure accuracy of employee data changes.
