Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure optimal operation of the technological infrastructure across business operations, providing technical support to stores and plaza offices in accordance with established policies, supervisory guidelines, and protocols. Location: Chilpancingo de los Bravo, Guerrero **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for the technological infrastructure and perform corrective maintenance as required. \- Install, configure, and update software and/or technological applications required for store and plaza office operations. \- Maintain inventory control of computing equipment, software licenses, and technology services. \- Manage requests for new equipment and oversee warranties, repairs, insurance claims, replacements, and disposal of assets. \- Supervise and advise users on the proper use of applications and technological tools. \- Promptly address all incidents related to the information technology area. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related field, along with corresponding professional license. * 2+ years of verifiable experience in technical support and help desk functions. * Experience in networking and technological tools.
