




Job Summary: This role involves accurately managing reservations, monitoring hotel availability, responding to customer inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating internally with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages individual, group, and agency reservations. 2. Monitors occupancy and updates online inventories. 3. Provides personalized customer service regarding rates and services. **Core Responsibilities:** * **Reservation Management:** Receive and process individual, group, and agency reservations, ensuring data accuracy. * **Availability Control (Extranet):** Monitor occupancy and update inventories in the property management system (PMS) and online sales channels. * **Customer Service:** Respond to inquiries about rates, services, and promotions, providing personalized advice. * **Payment Processing:** Handle deposits, credit card charges, and security deposits. * **Follow-up and Documentation:** Confirm reservations via email, manage cancellations, and send reports to the front desk. * **Internal Coordination:** Communicate guest special requests to relevant departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge).
