Key Responsibilities: We are an international humanitarian organization with over 26 years of experience in the market, present in more than 120 countries worldwide. We provide loans and other economic development services to families, thus improving children’s quality of life by supporting our clients to achieve business success and provide better health and education conditions for their children. REQUIREMENTS:  Education: Completed high school diploma  Interest in fieldwork (door-to-door visits)  Interest in sales, strong communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity.  One year of experience in microfinance institutions preferred (sales, customer service, and fieldwork)  Recent experience in group lending (preferred) FUNCTIONS  Portfolio opening  Continuous follow-up of assigned groups  Adherence to protocols at each stage of the credit process  Monthly credit renewal monitoring  Promotion of our products BENEFITS  Base salary: $9,480  $2,000 grocery vouchers (additional)  Monthly bonuses  Transportation allowance  Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits  12 vacation days  30-day year-end bonus  3 paid personal days per year  Life insurance  Funeral expense insurance  Savings fund and savings account  Direct hiring  Professional growth  Working hours: Monday to Friday Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
