Promote innovation and continuous improvement in processes. **Job Description** **Veracruz** **Education Level** Bachelor’s degree: Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, International Trade, or a related field — provided relevant experience is already held. **Required Experience** Minimum 2 years of experience. 1 year in an organization’s Management Systems, including follow-ups, audits, inspections, management reviews, performance indicators, Quality, Food Safety, Supply Chain Security. **Skills** Teamwork, \-Clear and empathetic communication, \-Decision-making, \-Effective and assertive interpersonal relationships, \-Adaptability and flexibility, \-Administrative skills: Planning, organization, and follow-up, \-Organizational awareness, \-Operational discipline and adherence to standards Proficiency in interpreting ISO standards. \- Problem analysis and resolution methodologies. \- Proficiency in computer applications: Office, SAP, Bnext, Power Apps. **Summary** Ensure the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the Integrated Management System in accordance with international, national, and corporate standards required by the organization, aligned with certifications and continuous process improvement through various management tools (Consumer Complaints, Customer Satisfaction, Key Performance Indicators, Audits, Process Approach, Risk-Based Thinking, Document Control, Corrective Actions, Inspections, Change Management, etc.), as well as digital tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc). **Responsibilities** 1 Comply with the use of personal protective equipment and health and safety measures established at the Brewery to prevent and avoid accidents that could endanger one’s own integrity, the integrity of colleagues, or the facilities. 2 Plan activities and coordinate internal audit teams and food safety teams to meet general Management System requirements, ensuring certification and compliance with applicable standards. 3 Conduct order and cleanliness inspections across departments as part of the 5S implementation, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety controls. 4 Participate as an internal and/or lead auditor for Management Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO/IEC 17025, OEA, CTPAT, and AIB), executing audits per established programs and plans, ensuring Management System effectiveness. 5 Participate in Integrated Pest Management, tracking deviations and activities arising from trend analysis and risk management. 6 Prepare and structure information required for data analysis reports and management review reports (based on information provided by each department) to provide feedback to General Management regarding the performance of Management Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO/IEC 17025, OEA, CTPAT, AIB, and Pest Control). 7 Generate and track preventive actions, corrective actions, change management plans, objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and management review agreements, strictly adhering to established procedures to ensure their effectiveness. 8 Manage document and record control within the BNEXT software, ensuring timely updates and availability to all Brewery departments. 9 Participate in classification and tracking of Consumer Complaints and customer satisfaction. 10 Deliver internal training on Management Systems and applicable regulations. 11 Promote innovation and continuous improvement to address opportunities and develop solutions contributing to process effectiveness and efficiency. 12 Prepare follow-up reports, including weekly and monthly reports based on data and trend analysis. 13 Promote Constellation Brands’ culture and participate in initiatives launched by Internal Communications. **Location** Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico **Additional Locations** **Job Type** Full time **Job Area** Operations and Production **Equal Opportunity** Constellation Brands is committed to a continuing program of equal employment opportunity.
